What do you think is the best MMORPG/RPG game (besides RuneScape, of course)?
I liked Oblivion, but it had a long way to go before reaching the 'ultimate RPG of all times'-title. Too much walking in it, and even though you ran around killing everyone you saw, Tamriel still though you were the one who were to save them all. I still used over 300 hours on it though :o
I absolutely loved Gothic II, but the combat system were too hard.
Final Fantasy 3 American(or 6 Japanese) had the best story ever. I wish they'd redo it for the PS3. <3

DnD or Kingdoms...
Although the Elder Scrolls series is still by far my favorite computer one.
Diablo II for sure, can't wait till III comes out.

Oblivion is already mentioned, so..
Mass Effect 1&2, Fallout 3&Vegas, Dragon Age, Fable 2.

To be quite honest Runescape is quite sub-par to even free options out there; the graphics are mediocre, the grind is absolutely terrible. The want to script for the cheating community is the only reason I came back to it. It's more fun than the game so far.
But to answer the thread; I'd have to say the "best" in my opinion would be Anarchy Online, as I have a soft spot for scifi games:p
