Skinny Jeans and Guys

I'm 15. I'm in high school. Skinny jeans are "cooler" (i.e., more socially acceptable) than other cuts of jeans for guys.

My mom has flat out questioned my sexuality because I wore skinny jeans when I was at her house (I don't live with her).

I want to know what you guys think/if you even care. My Grandma got me jeans for christmas, and she took me with her when she got them. She was reluctant to buy them from Tilly's.

I just think it's dumb lol

PS I don't only wear them to fit in, they're pretty comfy :p

I think skinny jeans make people look like fools. :)

They are much more comfortable than normal, baggier jeans. :3

But srsly, they're comfy. How I feel about clothes is if they're comfortable and keep you warm/cool/whatever their current purpose, go for it. I'm not big on buying clothes. I have clothes, they're just kinda ripped up and shitty. Not for style, just because they're all like.. 6+ years old (from my brothers). :p

On the note of old/new clothes... I hate the "faded" shit they sell. You know, the stuff that comes with creases, worn spots, and holes in it when you buy it. It defeats the purpose of buying new clothes.

I don't like jeans that are really skinny, but I don't like them being really baggy either.

Exactly my thoughts.

I find skinny jeans less comfortable than looser fitting jeans. Not loose enough that it's going to fall off, but loose enough that you're not "wrapped" in them.

I would have to say I wear skinny jeans, I like to wear them when I go riding, this is because when I crash a jump I don't seem to ever get grazes with them on, but with loose fitting jeans I do. This is the main purpose to me wearing mine. As well as the other points made above about the comfy rating of them :)

ALSO chicks seem to like guys in skinny jeans so no complaining there haha

THIS. My girlfriend went ballistic (in a good way) when i told her i got "super skinny" jeans for xmas

I love skinny jeans and everything about them. If someone thinks it makes you look gay, so what? :p Either don't be ashamed in being gay, or brush such allegations aside as they're not true. (I'm not the best person to ask for fashion advice if you're trying not to look gay, I just like to be vibrant)

I wear fitting jeans, skinny jeans make people look like wanabe's, no offense to those who do wear em, but to me, skinny jeans is a NO NO.

I'm a grown ass man my friend.. and lemme tell you, the ol' sausage does not fit in those pants ;-)

I can remember a time, before autotune, when there were like 2 guys in the whole school who stole there sisters skinny jeans and wore them. and they werent green.

Nice, I'm also a mountain biker. I don't wear skinny jeans but I know some people do just so it doesn't get caught in their drive train. Although I've never had any problem with that...

Skinny jeans is the gayest trend ever to live yet is my opinion everyday i have to see all these scene kids, skaters, etc wearing them it just looks weird espically considering that they are jeans meant for girls.

By the way, the "my junk is too big" thing is bs, and anyone who wears skinny jeans (or knows anything about how pants work) would know that..

And, I guarantee my junk is bigger than anyone's on here, and I wear skinny jeans and it's not scrunched up or anything.

And women like skinny jeans, at least around the age we are. And a little older. So whatever.

And I think they're comfy. :3

I wear very fitting jeans. I personally could never pull off skinny jeans as I am a little more heavy set in my build; but I don't care what people wear.

C-c-c-c-c-combo breaker is why. I just think it's funny that the one not-banned gay guy on these forums said that skinny jeans are good and a bunch of the straight(..maybe.. ;D) guys on here are saying they're stupid/terrible/etc. looking. :3 Compliments from gay men are the best, imo. I think it really means something, since a compliment from a straight women to a man is more "accepted" in society, so it generally takes more guts for a gay guy to compliment a guy, especially a straight guy.
