Can Code But In C/C++ Only So Is There

I can code but only C/C++ so is there another way I can use scripting or something similar to cheat on games? I tried memory hacking but ASM gets confusing plus I would rather master C/C++ before I go onto something new or I'll be completely confused.

check out cruellib. It lets you use things like movemouse, etc in C, Delphi and other a few other languages
