I personally love playing squash, a large portion of my life is taken up playing that, absolutely adore the game. And you don't have to be ridiculously fit to play it, you can play reasonably well at low levels merely from knowing where to hit the ball. But over time, you get fitter, and you have the ability to run to all shots, and retaliate with an equally devastating one.
Or music, big guitar player myself (I'm awful though :p), you don't have to be good to enjoy it, a lot of classic rock music is surprisingly easy to play, and some more modern things.
