Request Any Miner/Woodcutter

Hey guys, thanks A LOT to Cohen (He is AMAZING), I now know (I hope!) how to use MSI!

I can't believe how simple, straightforward, and easy it was, I really just had to edit some records, do a bit of ACA, and MSI did the rest! I was so amazed on how easy it was to make the script, MSI is amazing.

So, now to test out how well I've gotten this down, you guys can suggest me any Miner/Banker Woodcutter/Banker (Power miners/cutters are already in MSI) and I will try my best to make it with MSI!

living rock caverns script that banks up at the drop box

(world 77 & world 84)

there is gold / coal there require lvl 77 for coal, lvl 80 for gold

I second that!

MSI doesn't have a script yet for the yew trees at Tree Gnome Stronghold. There are 3 yew trees to the west of the bank, and FOUR yew trees a bit more east of the bank (near the edge). :o
I know the 2nd spot is almost always fairly empty in low populated worlds. (by that i mean there's likely to be one person woodcutting, but no more than that). The first spot will have about 3 other people, which is actually fairly good as well compared to Seers and Edgeville.
With yew logs costing around 480 each these days, I think woodcutting is quite good money.
It'd be a very nice addition! :)

I'm considering making a coal-miner for this area. I'm still in the process of getting my Mining level to 77 (Started botting with my ArdyMiner at lvl 53 mining), currently I'm 75. I think it'd be a dangerous script to run though, as you've no where to withdraw food to eat, and it's not exactly easy to make a death walk for it.

can you los (line of sight(WoW talk)) the monsters with the script? meaning go on the other side of the rock? I can be down there for hours without needing to eat at all, especially with the gold.. so many people around and so few monsters

Well I've never had a high enough Mining level to mine these deposits, but I practically lived down here when it was first released just for the rocktails. But there are 2 types of monsters down here, the higher level'd monsters will throw rocks if you're not in melee-range of them, so I don't know if hiding behind a rock would quite do the trick.

Only the strikers throw rocks which aren't that popular.. but yes you do see a few bots dying from time to time

a good way to counter that I'd say would be run up toward the deposit box, then exit with climbing the rope.. after that you can re-enter the guy won't be chasing you throwing stuff anymore.

AFAIK, I'm generally the only one with a members account, which I don't even have right now. Once I renew I have no problem adding this though. :)

Does the living rock caverns have any aggressive NPCs in it? Also why specifically world 77 and 84?

And to both of you, I don't have any member accounts, so I'd actually need to just borrow one account for maybe an hour or so in order to create those. I might be able to to this sometime next week after Monday if you were to lend me an account.

yes, world 77 & 84 because so many people are down there the mobs are less likely to attack you, if you go down there the minimum people you'll see any time of the day is like 300 (only in those worlds)

(read: only) problem with ess miner is the entrance in to the ess place where you have to detect where exactly you are.

Shouldn't be a problem with our Relocation system.

Somehow didn't read this. I'll let you use my account for testing if you decide to do the script! :)

I tried to make this myself actually, but I didn't get any further than the declareplayers function xD It's all so confusing >.<

You can always post a thread asking for help. We'd be more than happy to!

how about a mith/addy miner and banker for the hidden dungeon (lvl 45 dungeneering) in the mining guild? id like to see my main live down there for the next year haha lol =p

Very possible. The only issue is that we'll need an account with 45 Dungeneering to test with.
