I'm bored with every thing atm, and looking for a hobby.
Things not to suggest:
Programming/ most computer stuff
video games
instruments, I already play guitar, violin, and banjo.
things that involve regular travel(no car, nothing to do in biking distance)
working out
something social, like parkour, once again, traveling issues
It would be nice if its under a $50 investment, I'll go up to 150 if it's worth it, or chance of making money
work out is nice, bike 30-60km a day is pretty good and isn't that bad (if you can find a road that doesn't have uber hills).

Play basketball :), that's what I do, and I kick some boootaaay. Or play soccer good for your legs. Football is always fun too so don't count that out.
bike for 5-6 hours a day (easier than working out btw) :P Erm... Try sim racing, I know you said no video game but sim racing is pretty fun.
I am playing (as I am typing this) race on/07 (Both together around 20 bucks on steam) and richard burns rally (torrent it), its fun cause you get over 50 cars and 50 tracks include both road, gt and open wheel cars and richard burns really teaches you how car control and rallying.
There are also some very cheap and good quality wheels that you can buy, and with wheel its much more fun:P
I can't bike very long in this heat, even then, I work out for strength/muscle mass, not for the simple "getting in shape". I'm not to interested in anything RC, unless I make it myself, which I dont really want to do :p
Go to the movies, and watch Harry potter :)
I though you already did parkour? I vaguely remember someone from SRL posting videos on youtube...... I though that was you :p
Play a sport or go hang out with some friends ;)
Watch Anime
Any near-by mountains or hills? Maybe some biking trails?
Maybe swimming if the heat is bad?

I recently took up whittling. I can sit there and mindlessly make cool things while I ponder about whatever I want.
If you're into the whole weed scene, you can make some really cool pieces ;)

Read a book on saws, specifically those saws that are awkward.
Get a basketball hoop if you have a driveway. Its fun to shoot hoops by yourself or do dunks. And it's a thing to do if you have some friends over.
Indoors?... I don't really know much to suggest for that. Have you given your hand at photoshop? Or maybe you could give free-hand drawing a chance.
Goto a art store and buy a set of pencils for $8 and start drawing.
