I am enjoying reading everyone's opinions. It is interesting to see everyone's view on the topic. I guess when you think about it, they cant ban unless there sure it's a bot. For all they know, it can be a guy on 4 cans of red bull up all night.
Back in last reflection era i botted on multiple accounts 24/7 even my main with idungeon.
The ONLY bots to ever get consistently banned within the week were iron powerminers who were grinding for LRC, probably something to do with standing in one spot for too long because it wasn't a high traffic area.
Also I had some sorc garden bots banned probably due to player reports, but no where near the consistency of iron miners.
I used to do it, never had any accounts banned. Maybe I was lucky? Did mining. I even botted mining to 96 on my main in LRC.
I bot 24/7 right now? Solid scripts and good use of simple .bat files and you can bot all the damn time.
I refuse to not anything over 4 hours I have gotten banned 3 times for macro on same account

From my experience, botting 16+ hours a day (the most I can pull with sleeping 8 hours a night and working 10-12 hours a day, CBA to check my bots all that often) is that it's totally safe as long as you've got a solid script with good antibans and protection measures. I recently botted up farming with Flight's Livid Farmer; had no issues whatsoever. Wear random shit that a player would wear to show off/look cool in for bonus points. I usually run around in my vet cape to keep staff eyes off me ^^

I believe you should avoid it...why not bot 3*6hours...with pauses of 2-3 hours in between?
Bot 10 hours, rest for 2, ahah
I bot 12-18 hours a day, Depending on how long I am awake for, Can be less if Smartmanager fails and I'm out. Generally I go for cheaper options with slower xp so I have to bot for longer to reach the goal as quick.
