I think he is relating it to the dung cape Pat mentioned meaning a dung cape with emote would be sick if only there was a bot around to use to get it.
Good old Prayer Untrimmed.
White cape with Silver trimming (I really like it :P) Looks great with all gear.
Emotes not half bad.
Prayer, Runecrafting, Smithing. I have Prayer & Smithing at the moment, 93/99 RC. :)
Gotta say Smithing has to be the greatest one.. Dunno why..
I have magic, fire, cooking, fletching, and in haf an hour wc my favorite is magic was my first one, although the emote isnt the best i thing is the one i like most (also blue is my fav color, wc have been the longest one and hardest (im will jump of joy in half an hour! haha) but i think that the other cool one is slayer

Attack cape is the best.
But in terms of skill it would be runecrafting.
Untrimmed slayer & prayer looks great. Dungeoneering cape has the best emote in my opinion.
Old hp cape emote was LEGIT!
But dg cape looks awesome, like other capes with dg kinda styles is siiiiick ;P
Best looking- Smithing cape trimmed
Best emote- Agility cape
Most respected- Runecrafting cape
Untrimmed HP or slayer cape for sure.

Untrimmed slayer because its one of the rarest to find around.
Agility emote is the best in my opinion. Most respected would be slayer.
My favourite skillcape atmost is, without any doubt, the runecrafting one.
I'm training for the maxed cape, which should not take that long. Maxed cape will be my favourite cape, when I get it!
And then comes the completionist cape :)

I had Agility cape at cb3 when I was still a skiller :D which was really awesome. But I like runecrafting the most :)
Mining, Smithing, herb and def :D
they're called capes of achievement but... looks: smithing, emote: crafting
none of them are the best anymore, each skill has been botted so much that i don't think its much of an achievment getting 99 anymore in anything.. maybe slayer.
Slayer 4real, Slayer skill cape emote is amazing.
Trimmed smithing cape with bandos is sick, and I'm almost there :)
I personally like the fishing cape. I've been testing my monkfishing script a lot lately and should be to 99 in the next week or so! :)
