Im glad you are going to try it, you should try to stick to some sort of diet. My personal one is 5 meals a day, 300 calories per meal. So 1500 calories a day.

Was hard, like always but today I decided to drink some cold water instead of room temp to do my workout seems like I could do more reps of everything but like always when I drink cold water when working hard I get a sore throat and feel like I worked less.
Side note: Hope you did plyo cardio circuit today!

OUTCH!!! So I had to do Pure Cardio (Which is the one without breaks) AND Cardio Abs which was painful because of Pure Cardio I did about 5 minutes prior :P. My Wife-beater stuck to me and I couldn't take it off while trying to to haha.
Anyway, weighed in today: 175.2
Woot 5 pounds lost since the start :)

Haha, I wish I could but I don't have the box/receipt (This was originally my uncles) I just have the dvd's, well no I actually burned the dvds onto my Ps3 not sure what I did with the dvd's I am sure they are around here somewhere.
Aw, do it in the morning before your day starts. That is how I manage to do it everyday.

Day 15 FITNESS TEST
Can honestly say, insanity is WORKING I improved on EVERY single one of my exercises some by a large margin.
It may just be the time I did it though :P, I did it 3 hours late today (No school) so I was awake with a lot more energy/but then again I was VERY energetic the first day I did insanity.
Results for two weeks of exercise (5 pounds lost) I weigh 175 now.
(Exercise - Start - Two week point)
Switch kicks: 101 - 109
Power Jacks: 31 -51
Power knees: 45-77
Power Jumps: 41 -46
Globe Jumps: 4 -7 (These are brutal, especially right after power jumps)
Suicide Jumps: 10 - 12 (I regret this, I could of done at least 1 more >.<)
Push - up jacks: 13- 20 (Its weird since I can do 35 regular push ups..)
Low Plank Oblique: 16 - 35

seems like your doing well buddy got the deluxe package of this including nutrition plan etc downloading on torrent. my program keeps disconnecting my internet tho after a few mins? :s anyone got any idea how to fix that? i'm using a wireless router etc.

Wow dude 17 days in very nice. I personally was in jail for 2 years with a math teacher that was this big black x football player who did Insanity while I was in his class. Noone fucked around in there he didn't even call for staff support he just started throwing people into walls if shit got outa hand lol.
Im slightly overweight, I used to be over 100 pounds overweights. Now I'm 5'6 176 Thick boned build so I could stand to drop to 150 and look pretty good.
I am awake literally every single morning at 5am working on my online business and getting high and the infomercial for insanity is always on. All of those people talking about just watching the commercial every morning then finally doing it.
One morning I was high as hell decided it was my turn, downloaded the full 8gb torrent. I did the fitness test, and dude there was just no way. That was a couple of months ago, I actually did the whole video of me with the shirt off on my droid 3 and everything saying my starting goals and all of that.
Anyway like I said there was no way I could continue that, I was honest with myself. I've lost maybe 15 pounds or so since then, slimfast and smoking some wierd shit lol.
Maybe once I get down around 150 I will do p90x first and if I am able to accomplish that then move onto insanity. I like how you posted your progress on a forum so you have motivation and people to talk to about it. Your inspiring me making me want to work up to it as well. Shit I'm about to be 20 in a couple of months its time to get that body lol
Try changing up your breakfast to something more, like 1-2 eggs or add yogurt or something, it will make a big difference in the rest of your day, and it will make working out easier.
You should try P90, it is a simpler version of p90x and will cut you into weight over time. Then once you are ready do the entire p90x or insanity (P90x is for getting bigger, insanity is for weight loss) You can do it! Thank you for posting that, great to see longer feedback :)
I would but I have a physical education class almost immediately at school, which I also do a bit of running/jumping in so I don't want to end up sick from over eating.
up at 5am to the insanity commercial and now its gone over into p90x. Gotta find a p90x torrent and I am thinking maybe one more round of slimfast and add some more workout just as a pre p90x thing.
I never mind :) hopefully someone reads my story and doesn't do my dumbass mistakes lol. I wasn't a very good kid or bad, mostly a runescape nerd who was into getting high and like 15-16 years old. Some shit happened with my mom and me where I got sent to live with my dad (bad relationship) and me and him got into a fist fight. I got taken to juvenile hall, released a month later only to violate probation (dirty piss test) and get sent back to a detention center. This was for 45 days and was a diagnostic program to see what was wrong with you.
I figured I would go home after 45 days but their diagnosis was to send me to another facility for 5-6 months. Nty, escaped with some black kid stole a truck went on a high speed chase down the highway right outside of Pittsburgh, PA, and sent to an ultra secure facility in the middle of nowhere.
My best recommendation for anyone involved in legal trouble, do everything you can to be complaint and get it over with, because once they have their hands on you they don't ever want to let go it took until January 21st of this year was my final court date and I got out May 28th 2010.

1000 Academy Drive Morgantown, PA if you bother to look this up.. zoom out a little bit and look how long the driveway is. It was over 3 miles in complete backwoods nowhere lol and we didn't know about that highway right there behind us and shit. The backyard where the baskeball courts and the large field is surrounded by a 25 foot fence curving inward along the top 5 feet tipped with razor wire. No escaping here lol I didn't leave that building for over 400 days.
Any my online business is frowned upon here at Simba but as I am being open so far I goldfarm. I do it smart, I have a few shark fishers, a few magic cutters, a few runite miners, basically things that require a very high level, I don't flood the market of an individual item I find the optimal goldfarm would consist of 1-2 bots doing each type of skill so as not to flood the market with resources. My goldfarming has minimal impact compared to others on the Runescape economy and I understand the negative effects I can cause if I was just a greedy -5% I want my money now kind of guy.
