we should like plan a date in a couple of weeks and have like a huge party where we all create noob accounts, log on, and run this script. that would be quite fun.

simply because some off the people you report might really be rule breaking
example:everyone in world 1.2.3.4.5 using auto talking bot..glow2:wave2:ect
so it would probably mostly get the the auto talkers because everyone uses
but the thing i am worried about is if i use 2 runescape browsers
and they both on world 1 and i auto talking on main i might get banned on both noob and main
advertising scar would only bring it to a end because jagex would update...
maybe not put to an end but put the time we used to make scripts

No matter what happened it would still slow Jagex down.
Perhaps you can refine the script or somehow make it do some autoing (fishing, mining etc.. ) at the same time, it will pick random users out of so and so amount, and report them.
You know what, can this be made as an include to other botting scripts so it takes alonger time for your reporting bot to get banned. That is because it's now less consitant at reporting (it can do every lets say 30 people it sees and randomly picks one?) which makes it more humanlike. we also get exp and flooding the server at the same time =). Slower, but perhaps they will actually read these reports =).
Meh I dont like this, what of Jagex decided to ban everyone we reported, I dont like the idea of innocent people getting banhammered :S
they merge all reports together, so no it wont work. 100 repoorts for 1 user is always on 1 record in there report database, just recorded times and reason, they cant clone.
you should update it, with an option to load high scores list and just report 1,000,000 users. it would take forever, yeah, but say you report 30k a night (8 hr) or prolly more times 100 people, thats 3million reports on top of the reports they have to read anyways.

Afaik, noones succeeded, and half the time zezima's accounts gets frozen, most players in the top rank's have like watched accounts, to prevent hijacking...because jagex just as much as us, knows they most likely have alot of valuable "pixels", which many people would want.. =P

what if you guys mixed in a couple of real reports along with the fakes, like setting up noob accounts with really obvious macros and report those? Say just 1 every 100. then jagex will actually have to read through all those reports, in theory(unless they really don't care or fail to care anymore). If they bypass the mass deleting due to the 'real' reports, then...........
