No. It doesn't work like that. Regardless of the scripts being written in the same language, it's about how they are written. Taking Narcle's fighter for example, would require a complete rewrite and restructuring of the script.

1) You would have to create each script from scratch.
2) The amount of bugs and glitches there would be, would be immense.
3) How will the bot collect all the resources for this? Do you expect it to use the G.E?
4) One update from JaGex would mean several hours/days updating each single script to work.
5)What if the script suddenly closes or crashes? How will it remember where to start?
6) You would also have to include some scripts that complete quests.
7) Runescape being around a decade old now, someone would have thought of this before, back then even with the best scripters/coders this project would have been too much maintenance for the bot to successfully run. If it were possible and not that hard it certainly would have been done by now.
8)When JaGex releases a new update that re-works the maps and some major game content it would pretty much mean re-doing most of a script if that area is affected. (E.G, they re-did burthrope, How can we tell they wont re-work some more area's or add in a new random event blah blah blah?
