Hacked.

God damn, over the course of late last night (GE was broken all today) somebody moved me from the Pest Control docks to the GE, sold all my valuables, took all the money, and left me there at the GE with NO items or money. I haven't given my account info to anybody, my PC is Malware free, I've gone to no Phishing sites, I've done nothing except auto Pest Control every other day for 2 hours per session, and experiment with some other scripts. This is some shit, man :fiery:.

3m-4.5m in cash (somewhere in that range), D Chain, D Platelegs, 2 Abyssal Whips, Helm of Neitiznot, D Med Helm, Full Rune, Obsidian Cape, Wealth/Glory. So... whatever that adds to.

Did you save the IP? If not, I'm afraid there isn't much we can do.

4.5m ain't that much I was dumb enough to transfer my items to a low leveled account and couldn't trade them back. So I had to kill him in wildy lost 9.7m out of 41m

If you have ever used Java bots in the past, you could potentially still be at risk unless you reformatted your computer since, which I doubt you did(Not many people regularly reformat).

Once you have a virus, it's there. Viruses can hide inside java files very easily, not many(if any) anti-viruses can detect malicious java files.

Sorry to hear man, but it's not too bad I'm sure you'll be able to rebuild quick.

Have you even downloaded any of those newest Java bots? Runedream (I think) or Rarebot? Do you have an IP of he previous login session?

RareBot is realised, it's sketchy as fuck, lots of people get hacked, am I the only one putting 2 and 2 together?

Nope, only Auto'd since I first found this forum and Simba, and this PC itself hasn't been vulnerable to Viruses because I just upgraded the Mobo about a month ago, and with that installed Windows 7, threw a new CPU in, and completely wiped my HDD before installing the Windows 7. Absolutely no clue how this has happened, really. I've also never heard of Rarebot before, is it relatively new? (I do know about RSBuddy, but never used it before, IIRC it's a paid bot? Yep, not going to happen as long as I'm part of a community which contains script writers that are good enough to make scripts that can compete with if not surpass the bots people pay for). Also, none of my levels have changed so it's definitely not Jagex being "Herp Derp you botted we takes all yer goods and levels!".

Jagex has done wipes of people's items as well as levels, but this does not appear to be the case as items were sold on the Grand Exchange. Have you any friends that you've given the password? Perhaps they could have looked in the Simba scripts you have? What scripts have you used?

Usually if it's Jagex giving you the shaft they'll just take your coins, but I've heard of them cleaning accounts with all sorts of valuable items before. The fact that your items were sold in the GE should make it pretty clear it wasn't Jagex.

From this point on I recommend (obviously) changing your password, PIN #, recoveries, email (if you can), anything and everything.

Nah I live in an Apartment with one roommate who has no interest whatsoever in the game, he's technologically retarded. I've only use the Ghouler/Graper/CaffinatedKiller by Laakerules and the PestController by P1nky, all of which are great scripts and I highly doubt they have anything to do with it.

I'm assuming once you log in that IP is overwritten, you can't go back and see any more previous logins? God damn, what makes me even angrier is that he lowered the price on the D Chain for an immediate sale, he threw away like 200k!

Sorry man, I was hacked for 600M and I know how it feels, even if it's only ~5M.

On the other hand, sucks. I had a weird situation with a hacking happen, but I don't know if I had forgot what I did on my account or if someone else did it trying to pull a fast one on me. Either way, it's not fun. Hope you build it back quickly.

Isn't happening to me.. Windows 8.. Without an Anti-Virus.. Windows 7 With Avast.. -___-

P.S. Simba isn't a bot.. AND Simba does not store your passwords.. Your script or whatever the hell you used, probably stored it.. OR!! Like an R, you went to UTUBZ0RZ for the l33t bots and got ur ass keylogged, trojan'd and ratted.

After I translated this message from ggzzonian to English I agree with this. devonte54, however (or if) you were hacked I can assure you it was not at the fault of Simba. As stated above, you were probably keylogged (or similar) while trolling strolling around looking for the latest and greatest new bot out.

So, how were you hacked if you didn't visit any phish sites, and if your pc is malware free if I may ask?......
