With the release of injection bots - Runescape has yet again died until the release of the next bot nuke, code named 'Optimus'. Kind of sad, I found playing Runescape fun without any bots that knew the surroundings better than you. And to anyone who thinks that I dislike Simba/SCAR - I don't, I love color bots.
Okay, I wont agree with you at all. The releash of injection bots are pretty damn awesome BECAUSE ever single player that used an injection bot will be perm banned and will be like I DIDN'T BOT? O:
What do you mean they will all be banned? :O, tbh color bots look a lot more bot like then injection bots because they are more glitchy/primitive, just harder to take out ;)Quote:

I don't think it'll be too hard for jagex to stop injection. From what I've heard the bots are pretty shitty atm anyway
Well i think jagex marks the accounts that used an injection and then banhanmer. And yes i do think they can mark bots that used injection when looking in ur RS cache orsomething.Quote:

I don't like color bots either, well it depends on which one. All those bots made for the highest xp or gp an hour on well known places... Bah... I want to blend in using awesome algorithms. Learning ftw.
Alright maybe not primitive, but even the best scripts are extremely slow compared to injection or playing legit. And color bots are primitive in the sense that they can't do things injection bots can do very well, like for example RSBuddys SW and Dungeoneering scripts were amazing, Simba doesn't have anything near attempting a Dungeoneering script and from what I've seen the SW scripts are pretty crappy (maybe because I don't have access to the good ones ;] )Quote:

Sorry, but the good scripts are the same speed, if not faster than legits. The only reason that injection scripts are good is because they can read the code. This is highly detectable, so color bots are still the best way to go.

Well, congrat to have dodged all these Bans Jagex did on Injection Bots and Calling Jagex didn't have anything against Injection is Stupid, since they did stop them more than once in the past. Perhaps, You definition of No bot can be faster than me is quite normal... I haven't seen A bot beating me in Speed, but I have seen bots able to play way longer than me at the same speed... And isn't is the Goal of botting? Play for you when you can't? Again I am going to use Livid Farm as my example. I have browsed other reflection bot sites and looked thru their remains. Flight's farmer gets the SAME exp per hour as their reflection bots(and the only real reason it would be slower then reflection is because unlike color bots, reflection reads the data and not so much what is on the screen.

I just don't like to see them released publicly like this. Since the release ALL hunting spots are stocked to the bring now. Along with other money making/ skilling areas. 1 color bot per world is better then 200 injection bots.

@FifthDimension, the point of botting should not be to get the maximum XP and gold per hour. The goal should be to blend in and bot for hours straight. Your "It should go even faster than I can" mentality proves that injection bots are the primitive ones. They disregard the real goal of botting. They sacrifice blending in and strive for maximum speed no matter the cost. Do you really believe that the best bot is the one that rapes the economy and does things faster than humanly possible?
I'm running a near-flawless guildminer (tweaking required), a near-flawless fighter (and by that, I mean there are just a few more features that need to be added), and a flawless fletcher. All of these operate at or above the level of a human player (except the miner :p but that shouldn't be a problem for long), and have excellent, humanlike antiban.Quote:

Honestly, I'm a little happy they are coming back. Jagex has created some nicer high-lvl training methods that don't get affected by bots. So I can train my hunter at herblore habitat at a much faster rate than I could hope to do so by botting. Yah I won't make money but that's what pvm is for. I'm fine with bots making stuff cheaper so I can skill again, some of the pries now are just out of hand.

I hate reflection/injection bots because they ruin the game, and are mass abused by gold farmers. The little auto'ing that I do with Simba does nothing to affect the game, except make it easier for me to play legit.
