Am I the only one that believes that the gruesome March color bot nuke has already passed?
Take a look at your bank and inventory. Many items now have edges cut off, e.g. vials sometimes don't have corks, runes often have the left part cut off etc.
Think that's the worst Jagex can throw at us?
Naw, that's not the nuke, those are them just bombing us.
Nuke2 is aimed at injection.
Hiroshime has happened, now it's Nagasaki's turn.
I really thought they'd add something better, proudly announcing how the next nuke is aimed at color bots and all.
Not yet, next update probably will though seeing it's March's last update week.
When they drop the nuke I'll be sure to have my official Fallout helmet on. I'll be safe.

lol, Well, I don't feel in danger,I Returned to testing my Abyss Script right after the update. Even so, jagex said they would implent their bot nuke while we were playing, so it won't be during a client update that the nuke will happen if they do ever do it and if it is really aimed at us.Quote:

Color is safe, the only way they can really screw us right now is with randoms. If they want to change the colors of the game every day and ruin it for players then they can be my guest. Until then, unless they detect smart, we are good.

I spoke with Mod Jacmob in game yesterday and he confirmed that Optimus, AKA Bot Nuke #2, is almost finished and will be released very soon! He also said that it should break color bots such as the ones at Sorcerer's Garden and Red Chinchompas to name a few.
Based on the results of last year's bot nuke, many of the commonly botted items skyrocketed in price within weeks after the update. This thread is to discuss whether you think a similar outcome with occur and the items you think will rise.
Some examples of items I saw rise in price from the last bot nuke include Chinchompas, Rocktails, Sharks, Herbs, and Dragon Bones. I could be wrong in assuming they will rise in price, but if this update is going to have any of the same effects as the last bot nuke, merchers/hoarders could make loads of money.
Discuss. :)
P.S. - I am not manipulating as I have not invested in any of the aforementioned items as of the original posting.

It's no biggie if we have to give up SMART. With enough encouragement we can probably talk Nielsie95 into creating something like APPA for Simba. This is something I'd personally really love to see happen.
Ya the only thing that the update affected is item dtms. and it has been like this for a while now..... I just make all my dtms for the middle right for all the items i use now stills works faily well.
I dont think they can really nuke color bots or it wouldnt be an apealing game to the public for example if rocks were every color they could be like purple. This would not be good for runescape so therefore they wont do too much that affects the playing aspects of the game. Im pretty sure were safe only thing we will have to do is change colors ever now and again to different shades.
I guess SRL is going down, like drowned Somalians.
The worst thing they can do is, for example, add weather (fog/rain/snow etc) to mess with BMP object finding, though I can't see how that could mess up TPAs. :)Quote:

Anyways I agree that Jagex is up to something... the question is What? Perhaps tagging the reflection bots somehow? Testing out some of their code to screw with the reflection bots in limited areas to prevent crashing the world servers next week when it is rolled out to all of the areas? Just a couple ideas that came to mind. If I were a reflection botter, this would certainly be a concern.
