Ramage if you even looked at the script you'd see he already downloaded it. Make sure you put the rar in the root folder. c:\program files\scar 2.03 by default. then right click it and clikc 'extract here'. Click yes to any overwrite prompts. The ngo to includes/srl/setupsrl.scar run that script. Fill in the form and voila.
If you dont understand, i think it is... Hobbit maybe? that has a video tut on how to download it...
