How to open up Lodestone network page

Hi guys, I just need some help on how to open the lodestone network page on the magic spell book thingy. Help would be highly appreciated :D

Make a DTM of the spell and have it find and click it. Thats what I do for magic spells.

Could you please tell me how to make a DTM? Only thing I'm stuck on right now lol
