Preemptible RuneSpan

Can I get 100k XP per hour with this script?
Well, chances of that are still relatively low and only if you are in the upper 90s. You are more likely to see 90s than 100s, however, I work hard on making sure that speed of reaction improves so here is where we have submissions of note:

I have taken the user submissions of note out of here for now because with version 39 and 40 I am getting easily 90k per hour, so let's rebuild this section with even better results. I will take any submission over 1 hour that did over 100k per hour.


Members can start anywhere in RuneScape. Nonmembers should start in RuneSpan minigame for now.

Any skill level, autosetup. Make sure that you have either in inventory, or equipped, the Wicked Hood (applies to members). It is better if you start in RuneSpan on platform you like as platform hopping not high on priority list.

If you are teleported out by random, the script will get you back to the 2nd floor on member world if you have appropriate level (applies to members with WickedHood equipped or in inventory).

The script was written originally to fill in the gap as no good scripts were available for 1st and 2nd floor, so I wasn't planning on having 99s but since I am starting to get submissions, I'm reserving a section to add them in here:

Simple idea - if you see something better than you are siphoning, switch to it.

Current list of supported targets (of course this is adjusted based on your skill level)

• Esswraiths
• Esshounds
• Esslings
• Nodes
• Free to play support on both lower and middle floor
• Floating Essence gathering

Current list of inventory items supported:

• Wicked Hood either equipped or in inventory
• RuneSpan Rune essence
• RuneSpan all runes

Currently implemented:

• Full density model search
• Find best node or beast to siphon based on current level of player
• Make sure player does not try to siphon member only if free player
• If better choice appears while siphoning lower grade, switch
• If player levels up, re-evaluate list of targets (ie if you level up to 54, you'll start doing jumpers)
• Supports all floors
• Rudimentary support for starting with no runes - will convert to density model
• Support for initial mad day nag screen (if found, it will be closed)
• Includes anti randoms from SRL
• Quiet AFK when cannot find targets
• Inventory aware - new inventory rewrite
• Wicked hood support
• Start anywhere, location and rune span floor detection
• Limit broader search based on floor on which player is located
• Earned points detection
• RuneSphere event detection

Currently not implemented:

• Hopping between platforms and collecting runes required (tentative)
• Changing runespan levels by climbing the ladders
• Searching or talking to yellow wizard
• Searching or draining RuneSphere and claiming rewards from sphere

• The standard stuff
• RuneSpan points accounting
• Preempt counter
• Current target including how long we go without xp uptick before moving on (depends on levels and ADD settings)
• Current runecrafting level (as of last check)
• Number of rune essences available (if below 100, skip nodes, if below 25, it will acquire more from floating essence)
• Current location
• Runesphere event notification

I will release update when I add more hounds as I currently use it mainly in areas with many nodes.

I'm working on cleaning up the logic so i will generate array of lists of dtms based on skill level of the player, can't wait to have that done so i can run same script on lower level acct

I got there first, PMed him new details like an hour and a half ago almost right when he uploaded. Unsure if he actually got it though since he hasn't said anything back..

thanks ... i am very thorough when it comes to make sure things works, but pass? eh... airhead... :P now i'm working on clean version of script so hopefully i won't mess up again.

Alright, that should be last release with tinkering edits for performance for now.

Next, i will work on the DTMs for missing objects and to replace false positives (ie fire DTMs aren't that great and sometimes fire nodes match chaos DTMs)

I have some kind of support for collecting essence but it is commented out because i got to work on it a little bit more. Also I would like to be able to tell the runes so working on that too. And ideally ... if you reach 66, your character would walk to 3rd floor but that's not very simple with all the teleport pads.

I am new to all this scripiting with simba and what not. and this script is absolutely flawless so far. The only thing i want to know is does it do randoms? Because whenever a random struck me he sat there for a while and did not do anything so I went ahead and did it. Can simba actually do randoms using color? Or what? I am new and learning the stuff but I was only curious.

As to the randoms - whether the script does them or not, the answer is yes and no. Version 10 doesn't but I'm about to upload version that does.

If you don't solve random and are random ported somewhere in runescape, i could try to port you back to runespan, but i will need use of fairy rings for that.

we have wicked hood... a simple *armor/gears tab right-click wicked hood, teleport

takes you exactly in front of the portal in the tower = runespan entrance =P

Totally awesome, i didn't even know it... alright. So I will try to get the hood from bank if you don't have it and equip it etc... but initially i'll just support equipped hood. And I will use walker only if you don't have or i cannot locate the hood.

Everybody has the hood, so force them to wear it LOL

After very much frustration and heartache and rage. I finally have gotten this script to run (my very first custom script to run.)
I must say i do enjoy this very much.

On smaller islands it does not pick up on things as fast as a larger island.

Does it have prioritization? If not, that is the only thing that could make this better.

Also it tried clicking onto a node on another island

FOR THE LOVE OF MARY, please add Law hounds :)

Also make it walk larger islands a bit. Because some nice nodes pop up off screen and it does not catch them.. If possible?

Just giving ideas, I know i'm a nub.

U want to be level 77 before you go up to level 3.
Because death is slower XP when up there before 77

Couple of responses:

1) law hounds - yes i will be adding more shortly (if however you are on law hound island, it should find it using generic hound)
2) moving between islands - right now it should not move unless it clicks by accident, but i am not preventing it either so it could happen.. i will be adding prevention of move when we do not desire it
3) next island - you can siphon off next island but only if it is very close (and i only did it with law hound) but i will be adding map awareness soon - initially for random walk when nothing interesting found
4) yes objects to siphon are prioritized by xp
5) walking on bigger islands - i will change random walk routine to happen every now and then even when we do have targets - thanks for the idea

ok guys, either keep Wicked Hood in your inventory or wear it - it makes things better :P

yes laws are supported, few other tweeks too, enjoy.

and as with previous releases - initial floating essence gathering is flaky so it is better to start inside runespan

Adds 4309 of Total EXP Gained
Adds 59 of Mind Runes (Crafted)
Adds 4309 of Runecrafting EXP (Gained)

If you are using script 13, upgrade to script 14

if you are using older script, you should definitely upgrade as well

The script 14 was not going to be released until later, however, an issue was identified - when mouse is near the points in bag display, a text box overlay is diplayed that covers floor icon. If floor icon is not detected, first try to move mouse away from bag and see if we have the icon now.

This will fix premature script termination.

Of course if you are using script older than 13, you won't even get to RuneSpan or return there if random teleports you out so you should really use 14.

I'm 55 RC, started 2nd floor and it is just taking the worst monsters that gives exp and afks 80% of the time, ran 1 time (afked) got none level and like 5k exp...

which version were you running, the earlier versions were not handling randoms, and the more recent ones, if it fails random, well that had to be one of the tough ones that SRL can't handle

but i did put in code so that if the random teleports you outside of runespan, it should get back, but not all randoms do teleport you (like pete just keeps you in jail for example if i recall correctly)

Hey can you add breaks? SMARTManager is currently broken, after 6 hours exactly it will make you take a break for 5 mins so if you do that change it so its like this
