Saw a green drag gold farming account, looked it up...20m+ exp in def, attack, str, and hp and that was it. It was using good ol' granite armour and whip with the obby shield ofc.
People with names that look like they smashed their heads on the keyboard wearing whip, d med helm, granite body, antidragon shield, d platelegs, and obby cape should be insta-banned. :) Problem solved. (It was a joke)

Dont they usually use like the shared mode on the whip? So wouldnt they get all their 99's at once Haha
