Al kharid Dragonhide Tanner

Had some free time for the past few days to fix this script. It is almost a total revamp of the script and am quite happy with the outcome. For a F2P character, I think this proggy is quite good, considering not having the advantages of weight reducing items and agility levlels. 3 hours and 48 minutes, still running good.

Walking to tanner
Cant find hide leather option

The script logged me out since it couldn't find the hide leather option. Logged back in and nothing seemed wrong. Not sure how to get the 'screenshot'... sorry a bit of a noob at this >.<

It is placed inside your simba folder, includes>srl>log
Maybe it couldn't open up the tanning hide option, so it couldn't find the option. Might gonna add failsafes for it when I go home

I've observed how this is working for a while. The problem seems to be that sometimes when you talk to Ellis and the tanning screen pops up, the mouse goes for the desired tanning option and then moves away _over the right side arrow_. When that happens, it naturally scrolls the options and when that happens couple times the desired tanning option is not visible in the screen anymore which then causes the script to terminate.

Watched over the script a bit more. It gets to the tanner perfectly fine, but the cursor fails to go down and actually search for tanning option and then terminates.

it was stable for 30-50 mins yesterday and now it can't even do one trip. Going to see if i'm doing anything wrong D:

There's probably a game update that screwed it. Might not have the time to fix it now, have some scripts to write.

I thought that is of no concern of people, since a new made account could tan hides. Maybe I should make 2 versions. Thanks for the feedback.

:eek: I personally wouldnt use a script using movemouse and clickmouse, You are practically saying, "Hey jagex, look at me! Im moving my mouse at 10,000 pixels/ms, and can click 40 times/ms!!!". I would suggest releasing another version using mouse instead.

I think people think too highly of Jagex bot detection. What I'm doing is making it to open the bank and right clicking the tanner while running, that's probably what human does, instead of wait until you're not moving and find for the bank or tanner.

I've got more than 100 accounts banned. From my experience, the bot detection system is only by random events, player's reports, and bot hunting. Every script has flaws, they use the flaws to setup something to do bot hunting. I did not even have to worry about all my goldfarming accounts that have more than 200m on them each, unless they start doing bot hunting on the activity that I'm doing. But it will be rare since they only do bot hunting on HOT botting ground, like sorc garden.

But I will still be making a slower version that wants their accounts to be safe. Thanks for the comment :D

I think people forgot about tanning.... seems that everyone in Al Kharid F2P is just botting kebabs.

EDIT: Before I go, I must say the only suggestion I'd make is that, sometimes the script will end up walking your char on top of the tanner. The tanner disappears, script can't find the option, successfully executed. :(

EDIT2: Above problem was because I edited the movemouse to mouse. The script is made to work with movemouse and clickmouse. Once I switched back script was clicking the tanner before it had a chance to walk over it :D

Sorry for the late reply, was busy on something else recently. Yeah the walking and clicking are made for movemouse and clickmouse, it opens up tanner screen and bank before it stops moving, making the process faster and more human like. But because of the fast mouse speed, some might be afraid of getting banned. So I'll be releasing a version that only open bank and tanner screen after stopped walking, and one fast version like this, together with some functions that I've made to work pass the 6 hours thing.

Yeah I'll try running it again whenever I can. Probably because I had multiple things running on my shitty computer, some lagg or something caused the script to get stuck at bank. It'll try to find the booth but has problems doing so.

Does the RunEnergy(20); line cause the script to run at 20 energy? I'm going to further test this script without it; I think it's having problems sometimes (finding/clicking on tanner/bank) because it's approaching either one too fast.

Yes it is. It's already there on the default sps_walkpath function. Accuracy of clicking kinda drops down when you're running, that is why I used MoveMouse and ClickMouse. Sorry that I have not update this script, some new idea came in my mind and I started making that new script. But end up making only 100k per hour.

And just by quickly scrolling through the script I think that a simple fix to it could be made.

If FoundOptions go tan them hides.
If not then hover over the arrow until FoundOption

Blah blah blah blah I'm just rambling stuff you already know. You probably could come up with something better but I'm going to keep using this with my quickfix

EDIT: Seems you already implemented a fail safe like that. But it looks like it's scrolling to the right rather than the left (which is where the leather option is). So just edited those coords and now I'll run it overnight :p

100k/hour isn't worth it, too low for me. Does not need any requirements, even a level 3 can do it, just like tanner. But you need membership, which is why not worth it. But I'm still running it on my account until I found a better method.

Btw, what do you mean by this? Couldn't get what you mean. Maybe make it clearer :p

it's now in the chat box (Will edit with picture when I can, CBA to make it).

And there's arrows on both sides to scroll to choose what hides you want to tan. It begins with soft hides, leather hides, etc. on the left side, then as you scroll to the right you will find the other dragon hides.

When the mouse hovers past the arrow it automatically will begin to slide, and once it's slid to the other dragon hides you cannot find the soft leather option anymore.

I see. I thought I fixed that in the version I uploaded. Maybe its the newer version that I had. Will come back to tanning hides since it has more profit than what I'm doing now.

From what it looked like, you did have a fix. It worked when you were doing hides such as royal, black, etc. (those located when scrolled through the right). The script didn't scroll to the left (just changed some coords to do so).

Besides some bank problems (will sometimes get stuck at bank) I've been getting a steady 100k p/h F2P :p love this script.

In the new version, I made it to keep scrolling right and left for 8 seconds each and terminate script if it reach one minute. I think I probably fixed the banking problem, I forgot how. I'm running blue dragonhides now. For some reason, the profit per hour is still bugged. And thanks for keep giving me feedbacks :D

Still no slow version, too lazy to make one XD

The bot sometimes misses the tanner and examines the painting on the wall... I wish I knew how to do fail safes like that. Another thing I found wrong with it is that I came back to my house and it is taking random objects to the tanner. A fail safe for the would be good too. I am not complaining just giving some advice to better the script... I've had it running for 5 hours at one point. This is probably the best script I've ever used.

I think I already make some failsafes so the script will find the tanner again if its not found yet, did it not find the tanner again? And about taking random objects, I removed the part where it checks if the items in your inventory is hides because it fails very often. You will need to input how many hides you currently have. It will tan until the specified hides had been tanned and stop the script itself.

Whops, don't think I had scripted for the bank pin part since all my account doesn't have one.

Can you add an option to make it so every ~4hrs or so it hits -collect- on bank, and grabs new hides that bought from the ge? So we dont have to stock up on hides all before the script, make it be able to run at the same time its buying more hides :)
