Skimble Android Workout App
If you have an android phone, this is a good solution for you:
Download the app called Skimble
Go through the settings and select your type of workout (easy, moderate, intense)
Choose workout plans and add them to your calendar
(The hardest part) Stick with each workout you choose till it is done (You need a lot of discipline to maintain this)
Don't buy the workouts cause there are like over 1000 free ones that work every part of your body
If you are like me and your workplace is within a 10km radius of where you live, bike there most days you prepare early
Last but not list, take pics every week, this will help in motivating you to achieve better results and push yourself harder in your workouts :D
