Runescape on the website won't work for me, I've tried a million things and it won't load, so I have to use downloadable RS, or epic bot. Will scripts still work for me? Also, my smart isn't working ATM, so are there any good non-smart combat/Mage scripts?

What happens when you try to load SMART?
Man something has been wrong with mine for the last few days also. I have a mac and it says that I don't have the latest version of java installed. There's not a new apple update for java though. That was with Firefox. I tried chrome and could get RS to load. So try a different browser and see what happens.
I've experienced this problem, loading from the main RS page will result in white screen, probably to do with java version or cache or sth but cant be bothered to figure it out. Just download the RS client from the official site which should work.
Thats what happens when I go to runescape.com and press play. This is using Firefox btw, ill try chrome and IE ( :O ) after.
As for smart, i think i fixed that problem, but now i get this

EDIT: this is while trying to run Yminer 2.01, but it wont let me run anything, not just this & now RS is working on IE, but im still getting the second error.

just delete all your .jagex cache and that might help the problem
I assume you mean the folder in c:\Users\myname? I tried that, and it still gives me the same error. Im also trying to change the smart server. Is there any number that works better then the others?
