I need some help i'm not sure how but someone keeps getting my account password and I have run security scans. Yet he still can get my password some how can someone help me out here?!?!?! It is really making me angry. I got his ip.
He logged on from : 99-65-30-250.lightspeed.hstntx.sbcglobal.net
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this and or clean my computer?

Perhaps someone with the power can check if there is a matching IP to someone here at SRL?

What AntiVirus are you using?
If it's Norton or McAfee then uninstall that nasty ass software, and install MalwareBytes and Avast! Antivirus, install the free premium trial.
With Malwarebytes, run a full scan and a flash scan
With Avast! Antivirus, run a full scan and a Boot-time scan
If it still shows up clean, and you're still getting hacked, your best bet is to do a complete reformat of your computer. Just backup and save all your personal data, and then reinstall the OS fresh and clean. That's the 100% sure-fire way of removing a virus if it's FUD (Fully Undetectable).

you have to resintall your computer once a while, and watch your internet habits.
I never used any anti virus and firewall since I was 16 and never got hacked and computer never had virus.
One of the reason of that is i reinstall every semester / school year and even when I didn't reinstall, no random pop up and even occasional online virus scan (once every 2 years) and still clean.
Tl;Dr.
Don't believe every thing you see on internet / watch where your going. And reinstall your computer -_-

Just reformatted and he never sent me anything nor have I talked to him just finished reformatting I'm pissed .... I think I got it cause I tried to watch a live stream on YouTube and it ran java but I'm not sure because I haven't downloaded anything recently. He completely took over my comp after I posted this. And told me that I was a noob botter and to delete my post I yanked my comp from the Internet lol. :(
Yeah, most likely he linked you to a fake version of Youtube and got you to accept a Java drive by, which is the most common way of giving people RATs. Reformat will fix that, so no worries there.Quote:

Once you do a reformat of your computer that is the sure-fire way to remove the infection. He won't be able to touch you unless you derp and manage to get RAT'd by him again roflmao.
