You guys you guys look what I did!

Make either:
Simba Rank and Call it Simba Programmer
OR
Simba + SCAR Rank and Call it Pascal Programmer OR Simba/SCAR Programmer
(Ideally the second one I think, but making both would also be nice!)

It just seems pointless. No one had the SCAR rank over there as far as I can tell other than one of the developers. "Simba developer" on the rank also implies that they develop the actual Simba program, and such.

The simba icon they made is mufasa?

If anything, you should call it Simba Scripter. Imo scripting != programming.

He's right... and its not matted, these images are very sharp and clean.
Stick with black background or whatever the sythe blue is. This is a great icon.

As long as the format is PNG no image quality should be lost. If you are able to create a transparent background then thanks in advanced. All those programs are to feature rich to do something simple like this by a total noob like me ^^

I would say white outline the simba... it looks blurred and unproffesional.
EDIT: and I say scrap the SCAR bulldozer- nobody uses SCAR anymore. Just two Simbas?

That's just your opinion, Joe. ..and there is still active little community scripting with SCAR (most of the scripts just aint for RuneScape - some OSI-based are for RS2). Nothing compared to Simba, though.

Also, this cup is for Sythe, where they have SCAR/Simba sections. If this would be a cup to SRL-forums, then there would be no sense (at all) including SCAR for that cup.

NOTE: So yeah, the main point of this cup is to REPLACE the SCAR Programmer cup at Sythe, which is in my opinion a very smart thing to do.
Infact, it is weird that it took so long to even get this idea, as it deserved to replace the good ol' SCAR-cup already couple years ago! :p

I agree with you about outlining the Simba logo.

The reason it looks blurred is because you're going from a bigger size image to a smaller size. Even with Photoshops Tranform feature, it squishes the pixels together. Outlining the Simba image won't help with the blurriness.

I'll try and play around with it and see what I can do.

Yeah it's going to be SCAR+Simba combined rank at Sythe. It will replace the current "SCAR Programmer" cup. Hopefully as soon as possible. :)

@Kyle: Sweet job with the black outline + glow! Looks simply AWESOME!

@Janilabo thanks for clearing that up.
Kyle's looks great, but I don't know if its just be, but the outline in black look a little broken.

EDIT: just read about the size from bigger to smaller, I see now.
Try adjusting the canvas size, that way resizing will not make it blury like that, I think.

Earlier in the year I made a post that was seen as flaming and was banned for it. It was my only post with the account too. After several months, I made a new account. Was actually very helpful and whatnot, and out of no where I got banned again for Ban evasion. A week and a half later, they IP banned my apt and office. Haha.
