im a little worred that the only way to kill it will be to rewrite the game engine again, and i bet along the way they will do something to annoy us ye olde scar folk, like something worse than rotating colors :(

They did both, havent seen the ditch yet but it seems every update they have another go at killing it hoping the eventually this guy will give up, Ive got a feeling he wont though because unlike other bots that died this way (arayan, autorune etc) this guy is making alot of money from it.

Yes, SCAR is good and i like it, but the problem is that SCAR isnt good for making money, and i cant do anything else while using SCAR..

Duh that means it's easier to make money. You can be a noob (or a chinese rice farmer that's never seen a computer before) and us it to make money. Making money with SCAR is more complicated.
Why if he lowered the prices, he would get more customers. But at first he wouldn't be making as much money per day as he is now. Well that wouldn't be a problem if it was meant to last a while. He is making a lot of money with this now because it won't last. The creator of any public non color clicking bot knows this before they even start writing it. It's just a matter of time until jagex figures out an iceberg for this titanic.

SCAR is complicated and bad money, maybe good leveling at some cases, but not good money. If i can have 5 accs at the same time chopping yews for example, why to use SCAR to break my axes and to chop with 1 account at a time, and i cant even use my computer or anything while using SCAR..
Just a little note for you guys, runescape every update switches the packet protocol around, and then the creator (tomas) just figures out the new protocol and update rsd to work with it.
Sorry to say it, this bot is extremely tough to kill from a programming point of view.
But, rsd is a blatant breaking of copyright so its hard to say where runescape will go next, program or sue.
(If China even cares enough to let runescape sure tomas :P )
