Just curious as to what desktop modifications you guys are running and what your thoughts are on the ones I am currently running. Would love to know if anybody has got better alternatives to what I am currently using/a program I've not heard of. :)
Current setup -
Rainmeter: CPU monitor, calendar, disk space, all that jazz.
RocketDock: Mac style application bar
VirtuaWin: Multiple virtual desktops
Rocket dock: I use it all the time. It's awesome.
Rainmeter: I had it installed... but it's eye candy and I wasn't using it so I unistalled a few days ago.
Aura: Aura is application that calculates average color of desktop background image or active window icon and sets it as Aero Glass color. It works like color hot-track in Windows 7 taskbar.

So basicaly it just adjust the color or your taskbar in relation to your desktop so it looks neat. You don't really notice it because it looks natural but it's a nice touch.
Also you left your IP in there and now I know all of your secrets. I'm taking first flight to australia to black mail you.
I used to use Rocket Dock, but found I had no real use for it!
Currently I don't run any deskop mods but if I get bored I might start messing around with some again!

I like to keep an eye on how my CPU etc are holding up with whatever I'm running at the time, so I check on it fairly regularly.
I use RocketDock because I don't have it run on start up and so my desktop looks unbelievably clean. Plus, it keeps all my programs in a nice neat line.

My desktop background also scrolls through ~100 different backgrounds as well.
Just running some intel i7 stuff to see my cpu usage.

I really love dexpot and have been using it for years!
Seems like despot don't like it when I put SMART on another desktop. After a few seconds it pops back up in desktop1
Edit: I think it's some configuration issues. I'll mess with it a bit and see if I can fix it.
Edit: Seems like smart needs to be minimised to not mess it up.

I assigned smartremote to desktop2, so far so good.

Edit: Well the good thing is that they stay in desktop2, but after a few second it switch the desktop for me. Trying to find a way to not force switch.
again, this is a SMART bug, I highly doubt you can, but try to convince benland to change the hacky way he activates the client :P
Well I'll just keep my Smarts minimised then.
