You can receive it early through recommendation or you just have to get the required posts, time. There is no SRL junior section (or not that I am aware of) you get access to the black market though.
There used to be a Jr.member section, back in the days when the reqs for junior members was 10 posts and one week I believe... Now theres just the Members+ Section.
Vinyl's not jr mem because he got suspended on villavu for trolling too much i think.
Black market is reason number 1.
