I find it funny, how ppl are like thanks jagex when, there updating there system and sound like they mean that its good.
so its not thanks Jagex.
I dunno, in my mind I'd think just the opposite. Random events are good ways for Jagex to detect bots, and they've been improved time after time. Even now it's difficult to create a solver using color. So for Jagex to remove them all together it must mean they're more than confident in their new detection system. I guess most people wouldn't realize it but for Jagex to completely remove all random events... that's really saying something about their new system, it should be an obvious warning for us not to take it too lightly.
Yeah, i also played 12 hours straight sometimes when i was doing fletching.
Did you click at the same rate all the way through, with minimal misclicks? No, you probably had breaks in between, and sometimes stood there afk while doing something else in the background, and checked on other in-game stuff.
Also, WC is a separate case because you can afk most of it.
If playtime is what it takes for Jagex to detect that we are botting, time to use the breakimg system! :D
I am playing legit for the last two days and will be for a few weeks until I am sure that this is all just a big bubble. But if it is serious, I'll probably have to say goodbye to RS...
They aren't a botting industry... you must be an idiot if you think that. The stream itself states that they are trying to end botting. Of course they will let botting die. Do you think they would have had a bot nuke if they weren't going to kill bots? I don't even think they are multimillion... Jagex itself may be multimilllion, but Runescape is far from that and falling.
A botting industry... pfft.
Read the post again. He wasn't referring to Jagex lol.. he was referring to PB, Epicbot, RiD, and all the other script selling sites and bot producers. And I agree, with all the money they've made from it already, they definitely won't let it die, they'll have to be forced eventually.
PS: Of course Jagex and RuneScape are a multimillion dollar company/product. $5-$8 minimum a month for membership x like 7million+ constant members. Oh and all the revenue coming in from SoF and Solo's store.. do the math lol..
