WARNING:
There is currently an issue with the SMART version wherein it will not click the item 5/10 times. I am not sure what is causing this problem, but I am trying to find a solution. For now IF YOUR SMART VERSION DOES NOT ALWAYS CLICK THE ITEM TO ALCH, USE THE REGULAR VERSION.

There seems to be a problem with the SMART version (which is not directly the fault of my script, but rather a complication between SRL/SCAR used with SMART). If you're using the SMART version the script may log out frequently, telling you that it couldn't find the spell, item, runes, or staff. This problem appears to be caused by minimizing/unminimizing the SMART window.
To avoid this problem,
DO NOT MINIMIZE OR UNMINIMIZE THE SMART WINDOW. For some reason SMART's coordinates get mixed up after it gets minimized or unminimized and it looks for the spell/item in the wrong location. Just leave the SMART window alone and the script will work fine.

What is it?
The best place to alch is inside your house (you can buy a house for 1k gp at a shack near the furnace in Falador). There are no other players in there which helps reduce the chance of discovery. However, when you log out to wait a bit (for anti-ban) you get kicked out of the house (you're placed right next to the portal).
This option lets you automatically go back into your house after you re-login after the anti-ban break. You have an option between having it go into the house by using the spell (which I would highly recommend) or by looking for the portal. Using the spell is much safer as it guarantees that you get into the house without any trouble (except for a possible teleport random).
Setting it up (In-Game):
Setting it up with either method is simple.
If you decide to use the spell then setting your character up is pretty simple. All you need to remember is that you have to start the script either in your house or logged out. If you start the script with your character logged in, standing outside your house, it won't work.
If you use the portal option (so it looks for the portal itself) you have to do the same thing as you would if you used the spell option. You have to be either in your house logged in or logged out. However, if you start the script logged out, make sure that your character is standing right beside the portal.

To use banking place the two or three items (depending on whether you're using fire runes or not) in the first two or three slots in the main bank tab. Make sure that you place them in this order: The Item You Want to Alch, The Nature Runes, The Fire Runes.
You also need to have the three items in your inventory. Place the item to alch in the slot you indicated in the form. Make sure to have enough resources and items to alch so that it doesn't run out before it has to bank. By this I mean that if you want to bank every 100 alchs, have enough resources in your inventory to perform 100 alchs. I would recommend leaving a few extra, just in case it skips a count.
How it works
The banking process is pretty simple. It starts off by alching what you have until it reaches the point where it needs to bank (you set the amount of alchs before it does this). It searches for the bank. If it finds it, it deposits EVERYTHING. It then withdraws the first and second bank slots (in the main bank tab). If you're using fire runes it also withdraws the third bank slot. If it fails to find the bank it will retry a number of times (you specify how many). During the trials it will rotate the screen a bit to get different angles of view. Once it withdraws the items it will close the bank and drag the item that is in slot one (which is supposed to be the item to alch) to the original slot number you indicated. It then proceeds to alch.
