    Default CAPTCHA cracker

I have a problem .. Im trying to make a script where i need to crack som captcha's .. But the problem is the captcha's are 3D, and i dont know how to crack them..

I know there is an amount of the captcha's.. So i could save all the captcha's images and put it all into a loop and use FindBitmap for every single picture.. But i think this would do the script very slow, and take a lot of time for me..

Anyone got an idea how to crack them, or how to create the loop. It should be a loop that reads(an do a command) for each of all the files in a directory ?

    Look at Defeating Captcha's

and it would take a smart script to solve them, the links to Defeat The Captcha's show you some ways to solve them, i remember someone posted something before about this.

Are this the captchas of omerta?
They are pretty hard to solve. I don't know if scar is able to do that.
Maybe you can try to let the script look for the black lines at the corners of the letters, and then compare them with known stuff.
I made a new script, check it out!.

Scar might be able to do it w/ deformed bitmaps, but it'd be slow. I got a cracker working with simpler 2d captchas, and that was slow, I can't imagine what 3d'd be like...

Instead of actually trying to defeat a captcha by finding a bitmap pattern, try to find a pattern in the link used to generate the captcha. for example, a site that i was working on used a captcha system where (in php) it would choose a 4-letter combo and then use it to generate a link (ex. www.site.com/cap/xdva.jpg) which would automatically generate the image using the format that i desired. out of it, it would print a picture with the string "xdva" to the page. however other sites would use a better way to disguise the image by putting random text in between the characters, or by putting extra directories... such as:

    string: xdva
    www.site.com/cap/xwea4vad.jpg
which puts a pattern of 1432 (order of characters) with 2 letters in between the first and 4th character, a number between the 4th and 3rd character, and a letter between the 3rd and final character. i have seen that sort of pattern before.

    string: xdva
    www.site.com/cap/a/d/x/v/dvax.jpg
notice how it was scrambled between several directories and/or the image name was scrambled.

so my point is that there is usually a pattern involved with this, so if you find the pattern, you can beat the system.
