Setting up your Session Continued (Real Life):

-About a week or more in advance begin cutting you sleep down unless, or until it's under 7 hours. Cut it 15-30 minutes each night

The Reason why you want to cut your sleep is because going from 8 or more hours to none can be rough on the body and will only hurt your progress. By preparing your body little by little each night you greatly help it in the long run.

-Don't go under 6 hours of sleep each night before you start and -DO- get a lot of sleep the night before you begin.

    Supplies:

-A container with ice packs/ice at the bottom to keep things cold.

In the container have a few bottle of COLD water. If the water gets warm put them in a fridge/ice. You could also use green tea, but I recommend your drinks remain cold.
Don't drink soda or energy drinks! They aren't good for nolifing and will only make you crash and sleepier in the long.

-Fruit salads, and cold sandwich(es, and fruits depending on how long your first two stages last. The sugar in the fruits keep you awake and are healthy while the sandwich(es) is for when you become hungry.

-A online alarm clock for your 2nd and 3rd stages to fight off or limit sleep. The online ones are quick to set, and keep your eyes on the pc.

-Dress Right! You are going to be playing this game a long time might as well be comfy. If you like it cold wear shorts and a t-shirt, or sweats if you like it warm. A blanket or Snuggie (yes really) is NOT helpful because it gives you the feeling that you're in bed getting ready to fall asleep.

-A radio, or a LONG playlist will help you greatly throughout your nolifing. Television and other videos may help but will lower your xp gains.

-A Chair/Seat. Make sure they're to your liking. Sitting in a uncomfortable seat will only annoy you and cause back pain late into the session. Do not lay down if you're sitting on a couch this gives the bed feeling of being ready to sleep.

I'm not familiar with "nolifing," but this sounds absolutely terrbile... What's the advantage to dedicating ridiculously long gaming sessions like this? Double xp weekends?

I admit that I'm just going from personal experience and general assumptions on the unhealthy thing.

I just know I feel awful staying up all night. It's fine at the time, even the next morning, but in the next afternoon I feel unmotivated and tired :/

So then, how does Jagex tell the difference between a no-lifer and a SRL colour bot?

Sadly I've previously done very similar to this in accordance with RS. :/

On the bright side, I've given it thought to re-take this ''no-life'' type-esk guide/my previous similarities and apply it towards studying. Would indeed make for an interesting combination.

    Wow...
This is just, no word for it.
Why would I want to interupt my sleep, when a bot can do this for me?

Yeah it's also extremely unhealthy in the long run.
You don't want to have disrupted sleep so it's not worth it.
Especially if you are a sportsman/woman sleep is the optimal time to recover and allow your body to heal itself. Why would you want to detract from that?
