Mm, I agree with the newest GQ podcast.
I remember liking just dubstep some years back, but now I can only listen to liquid dubstep (if any).
Nonetheless, I indeed like some tracks from the liquid dubstep mix, and some tracks from the guest mix.

Edit: Ex. In the liquid dubstep mix for the OP video, I only liked the second half of the songs, ex: PIXL ft. Nicole Millar - Crazy, PIXL ft. Nicole Millar - Crazy (Direct Remix), Mojo - Blues [Terrorhythm Recordings], TIGERjunes - Night Swim, Rezonate - Ash.

Please don't feel offended, but what's the difference between 'liquid dubstep' and 'dubstep'?
All I know is that 'dubstep' has this thing called 'drop' and that some people really like the sound of that.
Sorry! I'm so clueless about this type of music.
It's classifying different sounds into sub-genres of the 'dubstep genre.' For example, most people look for wobbles, rhythm, and of course a cool drop in dubstep songs; changing these components around create sub-genres, i.e. liquid dubstep. What makes liquid dubstep? Among varying opinions, I'd personally say that it's created via drawn out beats, yet still engaging beats like those from the drum and bass genre; also with more soothing melodies that are less intense or even mellow. In a way, I think liquid dubstep is a positive derivative of DnB and house music, then again this is from my experience.
