    they shouldnt be. i haved used dtms for non rs things. so dtms should work universally.

    Okay Cuz iv changed DTM 4 times before it worked!

    you might need to use a DDTM rather than a dtm if your colors are changing.

    If i don't do this, my DTM's work for about 5 minutes. also, you could always put the tolerance up on your DTM's, but DDTM is a lot more reliable.

    The only advantage of DDTM over DTM is that it's easier to adjust and edit. You don't have to make a new DTM with DTM editor each time if you want to change/adjust/edit your DTM.
    They're the same thing really so I don't understand where 'more reliable' is coming from.

    They're Dynamic DTM's. U can use autocolor with DDTM's.
    DDTM's changes during playtime.
    eg: tolerance,area,color etc..

    The main reason why a DTM would break is because of tolerance.
