    Default How long does it take Jagex to respond

    How long does it take them to respond to an email? I sent them one on the 5th of March, and still haven't heard back -.-

    I send them one in begin September.
    Never heard anything back from them except from the auto email that they received my email and that they will reply within 4 weeks lol....i suppose they randomly pick emails that they read.

    Variable amounts of time, it seems. I've gotten emails back before within a week, but usually it takes a few months, assuming they reply at all.

    Their customer support team is pretty helpful, all of my emails were responded to within an hour of sending the email.
    Also, I got reimbursed spins every time I emailed them.

    What are we all doing wrong? Is there some sort of magic password you need to say to get a response?

    I got a response about an password recovery after four months, but it's been about 6 months with no reply for another one. I'm not sure that they'll answer though because I emailed them because I forgot the username to my account.

    Send all your emails to: accounthelp@jagex.com

    List your username, ingame name, your issue, a friendly and formal message on WEEKDAYS, preferably before night time in UK

    I got my emails responded pretty quickly like that.

    I sent my email to accounthelp@jagex.com

    I gave them my ingame name and my username (They're the same)

    It was night time in the UK, but I would have been fine if they had waited a day or so to reply.

    I was polite and formal.

    Yet it still took them four months to reply. Perhaps gold members just get faster replies than F2P'ers.

    Now that you actually bring that up, that.. could be it o.O

    It's wierd, I sent one months back and never got a reply. Sent another recently along with @xtrapsp and we both had a fast response (mine was less than 2 days, his was about 4-5).

    I've had pretty pronto replies like Four, I guess it's comes down to your membership and what time you send. It's a random chance though.

    I think it also has to do with the amount of emails they might recieve on a specific day
    Example: The emails they would recieve after a system update / sof promotion would be in high amounts as compared to other days before/after the system update where the players have probably already found their answers to their question, etc.

    I sent mine on a weekend, probably why. It's to do with unbanning my account, so it's probably why they're ignoring it LOL

    I did my account recovery through email.. I did it 3rd of Jan and I'm still waiting, lol

    If you want a quick response, email parents@jagex.com as they reply often within the hour.

    I sent them an email regarding unbanning one of my accounts that was banned in 06/07 and like Four they responded very quickly. I think it must have been a day or two. I was pretending to be "my parent", sadly even with a well written email they still declined to unban my account.

    Also just to note to everyone, after they DO reply to your account with an answer if you EMAIL them again, your email WILL BE IGNORED. I know for a fact because that's what my reply was followed with. "if you email us again regarding this account it will be ignore" something along those lines. I thought it was pretty rude, but oh well.
