Default Bot heat maps and places to watch out for

During last month Jagex posted an update on their site detailing the "Hot Spots" of botting in osrs and the places where the most bots have been banned/detected for the past few months. If you missed this because, oh I don't know, you may have been botting and didn't bother to check out the home page, I have saved the image (I know sharty quality but it's the best I could find) for your viewing and educational pleasure.

My advice: Avoid botting in these spots on main accounts, even though simba and SMART are a lot less detectable than the Java bots you could be as unlucky as being picked up in a manual ban wave by Jmods.

I don't understand how to read this image, it seems to be divided into a grid, with some with text in the bottom-left corner of each gridbox...but the image is so small, I can't read it what am I missing?

To me it seems like the areas highlighted in black are botwatch areas

if you are on a computer, right click and open the image in a new tab or save it, then you can zoom in.

I think the only way with Simba we could be caught is from evidence of inhuman gameplay, or manual inspection which reveals evidence of bad scripting etc. Babysitting should be safe, which is fine with me and means I can still get my paperwork done.
