Is simba a almost instant ban like PB?
Is simba a almost instant ban like PB?
No, their method of botting involves around "injecting", which has a nearly 100% ban-rate. Here at SRL, Simba uses color recognition of the pixels on screen. With a well written script that involves human-like antiban; the possibility of a ban is much lower. Not to say that it still isn't detectable. Only bot what you are willing to lose.
Its far from instant. I very rarely get banned, the only times I do is if I do something stupid with my script that does something very bot like. If you bot in moderation with quality scripts, I'm confident you will be just fine. As said earlier though, don't bot what you are not willing to lose.
Okay just checking i havent botted in a while and last i remember PB was really fast ban.
Simba's ban rate is very low.

The ban rate is 50/50

<slacky> I will ban reflection and OGL hooking until we know what the hell is going on

50% You either get banned, or you dont. <3 Turp
As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter. All SMART does is load the official client and hijack the image. Uses a JVM so it has its own mouse, and replaces the canvas so you can draw on it.
Only difference between that and a VM/spare PC is you're using the native graphics buffer instead of having SMART perform its black magic.

The client itself is fine. I've never heard of anyone getting banned from the smart client used with the program.
Now the only problem with bans is when the script comes to play. The better the script, the lower the ban rate. I've had one ban and it was a custom script with a faulty loop that likely ran for hours and that got me banned. So as long as you use good scripts you will be fine, if you can watch in run and it looks like a bot then I wouldn't use it.
We are all singing the same song. Bottom-line, you are more likely to get a ban because of a faulty script that doesn't have a decent antiban or loops over and over. Check all scripts that you use to make sure there is enough randomness to it, but not overkill. The client isn't an issue right now, nor should you be afraid of using it.
Yeah seems that a good script never gets you a banned and a crappy one gets ban very quick.
It is the way the script is written, there are techniques that prevent the chances of being banned.
