    Default Cancelling the High Alchemy animation

    Hello everyone, I am currently writing a script and I've gotten all the bugs and kinks out of it. BUT I want to optimize the speed of the script. The script involves me casting high level alchemy on herbs, and the standard is that high alchemy is 5 game ticks (~3 seconds). Yet, I've done some testing and the animation can be cancelled slightly during fletching. For example, if you quickly fletch an item right after casting high alchemy, the high alchemy animation is cancelled and the player proceeds to fletch. The fletch animation can then be cancelled by high alchemy, and it can loop for faster fletch/magic xp without building up items in the inventory and reducing wait time to fletch/alch.

    Unfortunately for my case, I am alching clean herbs after cleaning the grimy herbs. And cleaning the grimy herbs is too fast of an animation to quickly switch back and forth between cleaning one and alching one.

    I was wondering if anyone on the forum knew of a way to cancel the alchemy animation in order to boost alchemies casted per time?

    I'm alching them in Dungeoneering. Planting seeds, and alching herbs allows you to remain in a dungeon indefinitely because the money made alching ~5 herbs is greater than the seed cost from the smuggler. AKA inf farm/herb xp.

    What's the XP/H for both of those?

    Will post a proggy of a semi working script soon.

    Edit: Short proggy when I was using magebane seeds.

    everything I have tried for herblore has been a major loss, and I would love to see this concept in action.

    Here's the amazing thing, at level 62 farming, you can start farming featherfoils. And at level 42 herblore, you can make defence potions in daemonheim that give 89 xp per potion using a clean featherfoil. If you alch these potions, their alchemy return value is greater than the seed cost of a featherfoil seed. Which means making 89 xp potions for free. I don't have 62 farming yet, but I can't wait to see what the herb xp/hr is once I include the make pots procedure to the script. ALL at 0 cost.

    Not that bad. To boost up your Farm/Herb levels by a bit you can do Warbands everyday.

    This is something people can look into, if they don't want to grind Livid Farm and lose money.

    I'd rather not risk dying with an hc ironman at warbands D: . Based on the current run, using higher level seeds later on should rival, maybe even surpass livid farm xp rates.

    Edit:

    Stable proggy

    Simba Code:
    ========================================================
    Master Xehanorts Dungeoneering Farmer
    Time Ran: 1 Hour, 28 Minutes and 13 Seconds
    Herbs farmed: 768
    Herbs Per Hour: 522
    Loads Per Hour: 33
    Farm Experience Gainzzzz: 26419.2
    Herb Experience Gainzzzz: 5683.2
    Farm Experience Per Hour: 17966
    Herb Experience Per Hour: 3865
    Magic Experience Per Hour: 3395
    ========================================================

    AMAZING GAINNZZZZZ

    Simba Code:
    ========================================================
    Master Xehanorts Dungeoneering Farmer
    Time Ran: 4 Hours, 24 Minutes and 50 Seconds
    Herbs farmed: 2272
    Herbs Per Hour: 515
    Loads Per Hour: 32
    Farm Experience Gainzzzz: 78156.8
    Herb Experience Gainzzzz: 16812.8
    Farm Experience Per Hour: 17707
    Herb Experience Per Hour: 3809
    Magic Experience Per Hour: 3346
    ========================================================

    Another Proggy, stopped because 62 farming:
    Simba Code:
    ========================================================
    Master Xehanorts Dungeoneering Farmer
    Time Ran: 2 Hours, 32 Minutes and 11 Seconds
    Herbs farmed: 1328
    Herbs Per Hour: 524
    Loads Per Hour: 33
    Farm Experience Gainzzzz: 45683.2
    Herb Experience Gainzzzz: 10225.6
    Farm Experience Per Hour: 18011
    Herb Experience Per Hour: 4032
    Magic Experience Per Hour: 3403
    ========================================================

    Given this and the experience given by higher level seeds/herbs:
    • Featherfoil seeds (62 Farming & 44.5 xp/herb): ~23k farm xp/hr & ~4.5k herb xp/hr
    • Winters grip seeds (73 Farming & 58.1 xp/herb): ~30k farm xp/hr & ~6.5k herb xp/hr
    • Lycopus seeds (84 Farming & 75.9 xp/herb): ~39k farm xp/hr & ~6.7k herb xp/hr
