    Question Setting Java Path

So I get the quite simple error

---------- Attempting to search for your Java path
---------- ERROR: Failed To Find Path: E:\Program Files\Java\
---------- WARNING: Failed to find your Java path

I know what my path is, it's in Program Files x86.
I looked all over the settings, then the FAQ, and I just can't find where I can set the java path!
Sorry, it's probably pretty obvious, but i'm new here...
    Thanks!

If it's looking for Java in E: drive, I assume you installed Simba to E:\

Can you re-install Simba and put it in C:\ and see if that fixes the issue

    Thanks

What version of Java are you running? I had this issue with the latest Java 8, reinstalling 7u45(maybe 45?) fixed the issue. I'd check with the above posts first as reinstalling java (at least from my experience) is always a nightmare..

Did you reboot after the installation? PATH needs a reboot to update.

The Java installer never tells you this, so a lot of Windows users that (re)install Java are left with outdated environment variables.
