Plz Help! How to Copy a Progress Report ?

I just joined the forums and was wondering how do i go about posting the progress reports. It ran for over 10 hours and id like to post it

Highlight the progress report in the debug box...which is the bottom box.

To copy, CTRL + C at the same time.

thx i tried that but there was no copy option....weird? and another thing...i have no access to this script..but i recieved it from a friend...

Highlight. Hold Ctrl+C go to where you want to paste it. Click. Then hold Ctrl+V.
