    Default DanWord v1.0 | By Daniel. C

DanWord is a free rich text editing document that contains many features. It was created in Delphi, by a person named Daniel. C (a.k.a Dan's The Man or IP-Drowner) and this project was his very third project in Delphi. In some ways, it is similar to Microsoft Word and in some ways not. For example, it doesn't support as many colours as Microsoft Word does but DanWord provides the current Mouse Position as Microsoft Word doesn't.

It is a program created by me, so please provide as much feedback as possible so i can get it all sorted out. More features soon-to-come in later versions, such as saving and more

    Enjoy.

UPDATED: Hopefully fixed a bug where once you press a key, the Manual will open. It was supposed to detect whether the F1 key was down, but instead it detected any key. So hopefully it is fixed

I know it's better, but i don't want to release the source, since i believe that the owner should keep it secret for the induviduality of the application. If it was available, other people could easily copy it. Plus, i am just a beginner, so Delphi (to me) is a good base to start off with

What? What has this to do with SCAR?

This is a simple text editor, I could easily make one myself.
I'm just interested in seeing how you made/added the installer for the program.

Daniel, I hope you understand that programmers develop their abilities partly because of open-source software, and all I want to do is to learn. I have no interest in copying your text editor.

Damn, is this what all those questions were for? I understand I probably didn't answer them, but god damn, don't scream at some one and spam the channel to answer questions for something if you won't even give us the opertunity to see what that screaming was all about -.-

OOh, thanks a lot. Well, you helped me, now I .. give you my "so-called" help. (Dammit, I keep spelling "help" like "halp". Damn lolcats..)

Anyway, I saw a spell-check component in Delphi.
I don't really know what compiler you use, but I use Delphi 7. It wins.

    ..

There! I found it! VSspell component in activeX tab. I hope that that's the one you need. Have fun ^^

all of the WingDings font types don't change to the usual weird boxes & such.

i request that you not make it installable, cuz im too lazy to extract the exe from it. and installation in annoying. I also doubt that you do anything in the program that warrants an installation anyway. If you do do the spellchecker, then i'd like to see that .
