Man, ppl do anything to scam these days.
that's nothing new. people will change their emails ever so slightly from a mods actual email.
example=
actual email- iamanadmin@hotmail.com
scammermail- lamanadmin@hotmail.com
simple things like i and l and misplacing letters on purpose.
gotta watch out for them neebs.
Yeah, but the actual domain was @jagex.co.uk. The actual email doesn't matter, the domain matters.

Did you check his mail for real?
Maybe he just set that mail as his display name...
