    Default I got owned.

Well, met this noob 10 levels lower than me who was mouthing off to me, and so I offered him a duel.

We went to duel arena and he said 'my rules' so I agreed. Aslong as it wasn't no range I was fine :P (this was on my pure range char).

So I staked full rune and he staked 300k, and at the last minute, he obviously clicked no range. lol. I didnt check the next screen and just pressed accept. So there I am, kicking him while he owns me saying 'omg noob owned' etc, and I lose full rune.

Full rune is nothing to me seeing as I macro so much and get alot more than that in a day, but the fact that he got that from me made me mad. How I let an 11 year old trick me. Made me angry and happy at the same time. It was strange, I had mixed feelings about it, but I think incidents like this just drive to to play the game more.

Drive you to train harder, have more drive to become better.

Wondering if this has ever happened to anyone before?

    That's all :P

just a old trick like some types of item scammers, when they trade u then quickly change something and hope u dont see, though this usually only works for then 4% of the time, it's still a 4%....

Yeah, that's why you should ALWAYS carry rune knives if you're pure range. They are one handed, so you won't get caught with this trick.

it coudl allso be a bug. if you go to www.tainted-ones.com they specialize in runescape bugs then making cash from them. they seem to have had quite a lot of duel arena bugs in the past so this could be a new one that they are still using! (hence the fact no one knows about it).

Tarajunky took the words out of my mouth, they just put up the rule "no shield", and a bow is two handed, so you cannot use it.
