Highly anticipating this release!
Checked in to look at this!
It's going well man! Nice work
I just stumbled across this today, well done Hoodz! I love simplicity and you nailed it with your gui
I was almost expecting you to parse scripts from villa's public script section.. I think this is a really great direction as it removes a lot of the "setting up" of Simba and SRL to get a decent colour bot going but I'm still a little unclear on the main differences.. Are the scripts going to be in java or only the bot?
Keep up the good work Hoodz, I'd like to see this get used in favor of the low-quality java ban-bots!

Coming back to OS as I can't seem to stay away from the damn game, came back to Villavu to see this - wow.
Looks like it's coming along nicely too!
Any eta?
Nice work! I'm thinking about coming back to OSRS. I think I'll start working with this
Looking forward to the release!
will do, but the very first member of the community who can test it is @Benny;
I think half the community would line-up to try this. =D
WYD - I think hoodz was implying that this is coded in JAVA and unless you have had previous experience in JAVA it is going to be very hard if not impossible to contribute to the BETA test & debug stages.
I am also assuming this will be held for senior members until hoodz is content with the client and then obfuscates the code.
Great Work Hoodz.

This looks awesome! If you are looking for any help with development / documentation / someone to read code and give you pointers let me know. My background has been in Java, and I work as a software engineer. Been trying to find a side project that I can get behind and am motivated to work on. Looks great so far!
I would love to work on such a project! Most of my work is done in Java, and I have 3/4 years of Java experience. I am now waiting for the second semester to start so I have some of free time.
If I could also help with API making and Documentation that would be lovely.
@hoodz; you makin' gains with pumba.org this is getting exciting. Have you run any basic scripts yet?
Holy fuck, this looks dank ^^ Can't wait to read further progress.
@hoodz; Adding onto RSWalker: feel free to use the Positioning System I wrote. It's based on Simba's Walking System.
https://github.com/JJdeGroot/RuneSca...ystem/VPS.java
If I remember correctly, it does the following:
1. Loads the worldmap from a local file as a BufferedImage
2. Converts this worldmap to an int[][][] representing 5x5 color boxes
Now that it has been initialized, the following happens to retrieve your position:
1. Grabs the minimap: BufferedImage.subImage()
2. Rotates the minimap based on the compass angle
2. Converts the rotated minimap BufferedImage to 5x5 color boxes
3. Comparing the minimap color boxes with the world map color boxes: returns a Point where the highest match is found.
The system actually worked really well!
Edit: I would also like to respond to the people suggesting reflection or injection.. Even if it's only a few lines of code or if it could make things easier or more appealable to the general public: it's nice to see a Java Color bot. Color botting will always be more humanlike than reflection or injection based scripts, because you are only able to detect the same things as the human eye!
Clicking through tree's to loot objects or to attack npc's is never going to happen with a color based script. And because it isn't possible the whole logic of the script is going to be different because scripters know the limitations. I'd say the limitations are actually beneficial in reducing the banrate. As we all know very advanced scripts are possible when advanced color detection methods are used such as CPS2. Keep it up hoodz
