Can someone help me? I downloaded both scripts, bonasaifighter and basic fighter and both just won't work. They are both stuck at the beginning with the scanning for colors. And where do i put these color files?

bonsaiFighter will scan for colors for quite a while. It should be printing updated messages along the top telling you how things are going. What did these say?

How long did you let it run? Are your mouseovertext and show target thing enabled? Fighting something that is proper level (i.e. has "attack blahblah" as mouseovertext)?

If you downloaded color files, they go in SIMBADIR\includes\bonsai\colors It's been a long time since anyone updated them so I don't know how good they are.

basicFighter doesn't scan for colors, iirc you enter the color on the form and can save it for later.

Can you tell me which one of these i can use to fight deadly red spiders?
I want to use dharok's set with legacy mode to oneshot the spiders.
And how i can find the color and settings of these spiders?
Oh and thanks for the quick response!
    Cheers!

i really want to start botting on my rs3 account but its linked to my osrs account that has already received a 2 day ban.. is rs3 botting safer or more dangerous than osrs botting? I would only be running scripts for 4-5 hours at a time per day.

Well i love the idea of this script but a update on the colors would be lovely bonsai or if u could make a simple guide on how to make a simple one my self i mean just a 2-3 colored "aimbot" for RS3 would be awesome then i could simply change the colors when swapping spots =) i let mine run and it tested quiet a 'few' xD

OBS: Both tried SHITTY(OSRS) graphics and RS3 graphics.. none of em did help me^^

Man, I can't believe it's been three years since I posted this script.

Last time I used runescape we were judging a contest and I don't know as I have any working accounts in hand any more

Try it out somewhere simple like the lumby dungeons. Somewhere with people all around is not going to end well.

Make sure you followed all the directions. I think you did based on your image but...

Sometimes it makes a bad color file and you need to remove it from SIMBADIR\includes\bonsai\colors and try again.

It works pretty well for short durations, still not brave enough to let it run overnight.

Something is wrong. It says that it is booting up, then the window closes. Does any one else have this problem? When I used it a year ago, it was pretty flawless, even got 70ish def and 80ish range.

The script.... sort of works. It does the color setup fine, finds waterfiends, but it doesn't detect that it's in combat and just attacks several at once. Ends up with me getting ganked and almost dying to them. I just get the following messages:

    ***** TcombatMgr.attack: Fight initiated
***** TcombatMgr.attack: Probable miss, did not detect start of fight

It detects the fight by looking for the gold lock on the combat popup window

Do you have the popups enabled? Make sure your interface settings have "Always show target information" checked.

Is the popup and gold lock on the main screen (top left is suggested)?

Are your interfaces locked or unlocked? Don't recall which one it likes...

I got it working in the end - my interface transparency had reset and I don't think it liked that.

This does not show what is wrong with your script...just that it did not stop properly. What happens before?

This script still works really well, can sometimes take a while to nail down the correct colors to sue but once it has them down it works flawlessly

So I hate to necro this thread after 6 months of it being inactive, and me being a new member. But I have been killing myself trying to find the solution to this, both in the thread and through trouble shooting. Everytime I run this script, anywhere, I get the following:

    ***** Tcolorizer.load: Loaded color file [D:\Program Files (x86)\Simba\Includes\bonsai\colors\deadly-red-spider.xml]
    ***** TcombatMgr.attack: Fight initiated
***** TcombatMgr.attack: Probable miss, did not detect start of fight
    ***** TcombatMgr.attack: Fight initiated
***** TcombatMgr.attack: Probable miss, did not detect start of fight
    ***** TcombatMgr.attack: Fight initiated
***** TcombatMgr.attack: Probable miss, did not detect start of fight
    ***** TcombatMgr.attack: Fight initiated
***** TcombatMgr.attack: Probable miss, did not detect start of fight
No matter what I do, it will not detect the fight. I've done all that the guide said. Show the padlock on the main screen, enable mouseover and always on headers popups/etc. I'm not sure what I'm possibly doing wrong. Is it just me?

Your interfaces are unlocked, correct? I remember running into a similar issue when moving the targetinfo display to the top left corner. Try locking the padlock to hover above the enemy like normal, while still keeping the rest of the interface unlocked.

That is correct. I tried it the way you suggested and unfortunately, there was no change. Thank you for the suggestion though. I'm going to continue to try and tinker with different settings until I figure it out.

If all of your interfaces are set properly, I suggest going back and making sure all your graphics options are set for SRL standards. Also, try switching between OpenGL/DirectX to see if that makes a difference.
