The staff are llamas. They're sleeping at the moment; don't disturb them.
On a more serious note, the staff are cool. Maybe they need to socialise more with new members.

It's actually a bad thing IMO if admins socialise too much; as their decisions should not be affected (a lot) by personal feelings they have towards certain members.

That's what makes the difference between a good admin and a bad admin.

I think he meant that good admins don't make decisions on their feelings toward other members, so they can still socialize. That's my opinion anyways, even if it isn't what lordsaturn meant.

THe best admins are the ones who socialize alot, get to know their members, and members from other sites. They would then use the combined dicussions with admins, regular members, fans, protestors to help make the long dubbed "good decisions".

^ What's being said is the opposite, for some quite valid reasons. I don't understand your reasoning.

If they are swayed by emotion and not logic then perhaps they should not be admins in the first place and it reflects poor judgment on the other staff for ever electing them

More of a suggestion than a rant, but I feel like we need the active staff members to come together and create a game-plan to attract new users and traffic to villavu. Imo, The activity around the forums is lower than ever. Start up a project (active skilled team of developers)...Create a hype, market a sh*t ton on other websites/youtube/twitch...sell...donate for a good cause.

@P1nky I'm sure if we get a stable SRL-NXT 'resizeable' include it wouldn't be difficult to attract new members. I'm working on modifying SRL-6-SIMBA1.2 right now, but i'm not sure if it will work properly on other systems/different resolutions.

Haha, it's been a while, like to see what's happening every once in a blue moon. Botting ain't what it used to be, and Jagex killing there own game doesn't help.
