    Wow, that's awesome! Does it need to be in old school interface mode or not?

    I don't know about Justin and Clarity, but I've modified it so that it doesn't.

    That's nice, I'll try that too once i can get simba running but at the moment nothing happens when i select my nxt client with the green crosshair.
    Do I have to do something extra to get it running?

    When I try to run the script with S.M.A.R.T, i get this error:

    [00:00:02]: -- setupSRL()

    You're running the script with SMART, which is a appletized Java client. On the top of your SIMBA script you should see something along the lines of "Include SMART" in red. Delete that line and try again.

    I did already comment that line out, but it's not doing anything :/
    This is my Debug:
    -- setupSRL()
    ---- Setting up SRL...
    ---- HINT: You are not using SMART, be sure to use Simba's crosshairs to select the RS client.
    ---- Waiting up to 5 minutes for RS to load...
    New window: 460606
    ---- 1 minute(s) have passed, client is not ready yet
    ---- 2 minute(s) have passed, client is not ready yet
    ---- 3 minute(s) have passed, client is not ready yet
    ---- 4 minute(s) have passed, client is not ready yet
    ---- Client is taking too long to load, terminating...
    -- setupSRL(): False
    Successfully executed.

    I'm doing the following tings:
    1. I select the official runescape client (tried it with both rs3 clients)
    2. I run the script
    3. I select the official runescape client again

    Did I forget something? I searched on the forums but all i could find is that i should use the crosshair.

    I think setupSRL(); is looking for something specific on the client. You might have to modify it.
    Can Simba see the client at all? Try something like
    Simba Code:
    writeln(getColor(100, 100));
    to test it.

    It doesn't give any reaction.
    Is it difficult to modify the setupSRL();? I have no idea how i should do that.

    A totally different question: in SMART my mouseovertext is gone and it's also gone from the graphic options. Do you know how to turn it back on?

    I meant literally just that one line in a script. Just target the client and run the script. It will output something.
    Simba Code:
    program new;
    begin
      writeln(getColor(100, 100));
    end.

    That sounds like problem with the game itself, so I have no idea.

    Please do what Citrus says. It's most likely the same issue that I'm getting on my PC. Also, make sure you're in Old School mode with the logout button in the top right visible.

    If I had to guess, it'd be safe mode/not clicking to setup graphics

    Any client-size, any interface setup. Dynamic as can be!

    I let that short program run with both official clients and tried with and without oldschool mode, but I get this debug everytim
    Compiled successfully in 312 ms.
    3492956 -> This part was always another number
    Successfully executed.

    Do you guys have any other ideas?
    Thanks for putting in time to help me btw

    If the number isn't 0 then Simba can see the client. There must be some other issue with your setup or something

    Whoa just realized how all over the place you are @DonVitoCorleone;

    NXT --> SMART --> now you're trying to use srl6 with nxt?

    Can you use simba on nxt? yes
    Can you use srl6 on nxt? likely not without fixing some of the code, it wasn't originally written for NXT

    Stick to getting java working before considering NXT. Post a picture of your RS screen when asking for help debugging.

    I didn't know that, thanks for clearing it up.
    Simba still can't detect the official client. Here is a picture of my RSscreen, I just followed the setup from the setup tutorial:

    RSscreen.PNG

    Here is what i want to launch:
    Simba Code:
    program scriptTemplate;

    {$I SRL-6/SRL.simba}
    {$I SPS/lib/SPS-RS3.Simba}

    procedure declarePlayers();
    begin
      setLength(players, 1);
      with players[0] do
      begin
        loginName := '';
        password := '';
        isActive := true;
        isMember := false;
      end
      currentPlayer := 0;
    end;

    procedure clickTheLodestone();
    var
      myPoint: TPoint;
    begin
      minimap.findSymbol(myPoint, MM_SYMBOL_LODESTONE, minimap.getBounds());

      mouse(myPoint, MOUSE_LEFT);
      wait(5000);
    end;

    begin
      clearDebug();
      setupSRL();
      declarePlayers();

      if not isLoggedIn() then
        players[currentPlayer].login();

      begin
        exitTreasure();
        mainScreen.setAngle(MS_ANGLE_HIGH);
        clickTheLodestone();
      end;
    end.

    This is my debug:
    -- setupSRL()
    ---- Setting up SRL...
    ---- HINT: You are not using SMART, be sure to use Simba's crosshairs to select the RS client.
    ---- Waiting up to 5 minutes for RS to load...
    New window: 23332594

    I got a few other noob questions:
    - Should I be in OpenGl or DirectX if I use the official java client?
    - What do I have to do to be able to bot with a different interface?

    Sorry if I'm asking too much questions

    It's working now! Thank you very much!!

    I saw a post about how a VM is good for reducing bans because you can use the official client and keep using your mouse. Or is SMART equally safe for botting?

    @Clarity mentioned was able to run NXT in a VM guest, and use Simba on his host somehow. I'm interested in how that works and how safe it would be!
