Can anyone recommend me a cheap Windows VPS that allows Runescape botting?

Hey, getting a bit sick of being charged out the ass for expensive VPSs. Does anyone know of any cheap, reliable ones that allow (or don't not allow) Runescape botting? I'm looking to buy a few 512 Mb VPSs and looking to keep the price under 12-13$ each.

I use to use VPSLand back in the day, would never recommend them to anyone! They oversell.
