Need Minecraft Help

I'm playing on a PvP minecraft server with factions, and I'm making an epic faction. I could use your help in one of two ways, the first takes 5 minutes (see Short-term), the second is playing on a regular basis (see Long-term).

Short-term (takes 5 minutes)
1. Add me on Skype (crgky127).
2. Log on on the server.
3. I invite you to join my faction, you accept.
4. That's it! You don't need to log on to the server again.

Long-term
Join as above, but stay and play on a regular basis, helping me build the ultimate faction. If you don't know, a faction is basically a clan that can claim land (the more people the more land, hence short-term above), and must protect their land and their members from other attacking factions. Now I'm not talking about the goals most factions have of building a nice little house etc. I'm talking about making a completely impenetrable fortress, and epic farms producing all kinds of resources. For example, an XP farm that you can AFK in, and come back to 90 levels after a few hours. That requires about a chest of iron, which requires an iron farm, which requires a bunch of land, which requires more faction members.
