Hey all, this is going to be a progress thread, hopefully you guys can help keep me 100% on track (ask questions, check up on it, bug the shiz outta me about it)!
Today I am starting my 365 day body change (Not fat / out of shape, consider myself pretty average, but then again, I never want to settle for average, so my goal is to cut as much BF as I can then build it up till I'm ripped )
Current weight: 185.5lbs
Current Height: 5'11"
Current BodyFat %: 18%
Goals:
200lbs
and
5-6 % bodyfat.
I will track nutrition and have an exercise plan.
I will upload weekly pics to show progress
Tired, will make thread better tomorrow
Also today I am starting the FSI Mandarin Chinese course, When I finish I would like to be fluent in it, the course does not teach writing, so that will be next!
Progress today:
Calories, way off target (target = 2200), reason? My brothers birthday, cant turn down cake
Exercise: Starting tomorrow, reason? Workout calls for it!
Mandarin: Half-way through part 1 of like 500, reason? Just started half an hour ago!
