Default How to create a custom email address like @whatever.com

I swear there has to be a guide/thread on here about this but I can't seem to find it so if anyone is kind enough to point me in the right direction.

    I need a custom email like @whateveryournameyouwant.com

If you must purchase a domain and such where would be the best place you would recommend for this?

You can make an email appear to come from an address you dont own by using your own email server. To have an email truly come from a domain name you need to purchase it.

It's for a business and I've decided to just purchase a domain name, and go that way.
Thanks for the help, no need to post further.

companies usually will host email for you, if you host it yourself you have to get it whitelisted with everyone else (literally, everyone else....google,hotmail,outlook,aol,every company, etc) not worth it
The only true authority stems from knowledge, not from position.

You can contact me via matrix protocol: @grats:grats.win or you can email me at the same domain, any user/email address.
