    Default Some suggestions for SRL

    Hello.

I've been coding SRL for a day now and I haven't seen a thread like this though.
I've seen some things that I don't think is so good.

For one is the PerfectNorth procedure. It somehow scrolls up in the webbrowser if you are using one, I suppose this is already known.

And another thing is all the chit chat, I know that you all think that speaking out loud in runescape is good for antiban, BUT what you have done is bad.

Everytime a macro is clearing the Sandwich lady or some other events it might talk. The thing is that people will immediately understand that you macro and report you.
So maybe for the updates you should remove the talking in all the antirandoms OR put in boolean parameter which decides if it should talk or not.

If a similar thread already exist then sorry for that, I just thought that these would be some improvements.

Well it's just my 5 cents...

If you just say something after getting a random it doesn't yell you're a macro.

And when you switch players every 20-30 min you only get like 0-3 randoms / guy in a night, so it isn't very suspicious.

Well you may not think so, but guess what will happen when Jagex read the scripts?
If they are having you under observation and you say these things, dang.

What I've noticed also is that it's not only the sandwich lady but also the frog event. There are many events where the character is saying something after the event, I for one thinks that this should be removed and added by the scripter manually if he/she thinks it is useful.

Another suggestion is to insert timers in some of the random event scripts (I think I've mentioned this somewhere). Because it can happen that you somehow clear an event without knowing it. The thing that will happen is that the function that is trying to solve the event will continue and increase the tolerance (some scripts do this) and continue even more and go like CRAZY, untill it freezez totally.

That does raise a really good point though, how often do you see your auto say "stupid old man" or "stupid sandwich lady, or even "yay a kebab' and how often when you see another player say those things do you say "i know that script", or "there is a macro"(then you look at his level and report accordingly)

Personally i get rid of autochat and such stuff in all the scripts i use, even in my antirandom response.

I think there should be more added to the skill crafting...Its very small, maybe more bitmaps or find poters wheel

Had to make from scratch (which isn't all bad) and it would be easyer to make crafting scripts

    Theres my suggestion,

It doesn't matter if noone sees you or noone even understands that it is macro. The real problem is that if Jagex finds this they could EASILY map out the macroers and bann them. I think that this is a serious threat and I don't think that ANY procedure should auto-talk. If you want to auto-talk then programme it into your script.

I haven't looked into the auto-talk codes that's in the antiban .scar file.
Alright if it's staying then it should atleast have a timer or something that makes it only able to respond each 5 minute. Else he would respond everytime someone said "lvls?" and that wouldn't be good.
But I suppose you already have this in the script...
